The Ariel bed is designed for those who want a beautiful and tidy solution, while still having room for everything that otherwise quickly ends up on the floor.
Smart storage under the bed
Under the bed, you’ll find two spacious chests of drawers, each with two drawers, making it easy to keep things organised – without compromising on style. In addition, there is an open shelving unit that adds extra warmth to the room, while keeping the favourite book, toy car or little treasure box within reach instead of hidden away.
This makes the Ariel bed an ideal choice if you are looking for a low children’s bed with storage that both looks great and makes everyday life easier.
The bed can be extended with a front safety rail – and perhaps a small ladder, providing added security even for younger children. The rail can be removed as the child grows, or used if the bed is later built higher – for example as a loft bed with space for a desk, or a bunk bed for two children. The drawers and shelving unit can of course also be used independently in the children’s room.

Safety without compromise – your child’s sleep is not where to cut corners
All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Cot beds: EN 716 (European standard for safety in cot beds).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces, etc. according to the applicable European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.
Important for you:
- Pay attention to mattress height in relation to the bed rail/side – we mark it clearly so your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with harmless, water-based lacquer.
- All distances and openings comply with the rules to prevent strangulation and entrapment hazards.
- The bed is tested for everyday use – including bedtime stories with mum or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.
Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the applicable test certificates.
If in doubt, always choose the documented safe solution.
Children cannot check standards themselves – it is our and your responsibility.
