Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The website www.manis-h.dk is owned by Manis-h 2013 A/S, CVR no. 35033602, Tønballevej 13, DK-7130 Juelsminde, Denmark. Phone: +45 45708030.

These Terms of Sale and Delivery apply to all purchases made on www.manis-h.dk for delivery within Denmark, excluding Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and non-bridge-connected islands, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

Ordering and Payment

www.manis-h.dk is open 24 hours a day, allowing you to shop at your convenience. Please note that maintenance may occasionally limit access. Purchases can only be made when the shop is open and accessible.

We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Standard items in the colour Snow White and all textiles and mattresses are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Customised products or items ordered in alternative colours usually ship within approximately 2-3 weeks, as they are made specifically to your request.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you can still purchase items if you have the consent of your guardian or have legal capacity to enter into the agreement.

Select your items and add them to your cart. You can update your cart contents and check prices throughout the shopping process. Additional fees (e.g., shipping or payment card fees) will be calculated before final payment. When ready, proceed to checkout and enter your personal details, select payment and delivery method, and then confirm your order by clicking "Confirm and Pay."

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

Our products are produced or customised to order, payment is charged immediately when the order is placed. These items are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has begun (except for special agreements). Delivery times may vary, but you will always receive an update when the order is ready for dispatch.

Reservation of Funds

When using an international card, the amount will be reserved immediately until your order is dispatched.

Please consult your card issuer for more information on specific policies.

Bank Transfers

Please note that purchases made via bank transfer are not covered by the chargeback scheme.

PayPal Payments

Purchases made through PayPal are not covered by the chargeback scheme. Please refer to PayPal's terms and conditions for more details.

Shipping & Delivery

We typically ship with DHL Freight, Spedition Dachser, DPD or GLS. Shipping prices start from euro 29,-

We deliver throughout most of Denmark, excluding and non-bridge-connected islands, unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know, if you do have any special wishes.

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave the parcel in the garage), please include these in your order comments. We will forward your instructions to the shipping provider. Please note that delivery under such conditions is at your own risk.

Carriers typically contact you by email or SMS when your parcel is ready for delivery.

Note: If the goods are delivered on a pallet, you are responsible for its disposal. The same applies to the packaging. Both the pallet and the packaging are used to ensure your goods are protected as well as possible.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, you will be charged the actual return shipping cost. To have the parcel resent, a new shipping fee will apply.

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

As a consumer shopping on www.manis-h.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods.

If your order includes multiple items delivered separately or in parts, the withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the final item or part.

You may only handle the item as necessary to determine its nature, features, and functionality.

We recommend returning items in their original packaging. Missing original packaging may reduce the value of the item.

Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal or may lose eligibility (e.g., customised items or sealed goods that have been opened).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within 14 days of receiving the item. Send an email to info@manis-h.com or use the withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms.

We only accept parcels delivered directly to this address.

Ensure your items are securely packed. You are responsible for the parcel until we receive it. Keep your postal receipt and any tracking number.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Large items that cannot be returned by regular post must be returned using a courier.

You must send back the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

No Right of Withdrawal

The following cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications (e.g., custom sizes).

Partial Returns

You may return one or more items from a combined order. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned.

Proof of Purchase and Return Form

Include a copy of your order confirmation or other proof of purchase with your return. We recommend also including the return form we provide.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund your payment, including standard delivery charges. Additional delivery costs (e.g., if you selected a more expensive shipping option) will not be refunded.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

You may lose part or all of your refund if:

• The product was used beyond checking its function and features

• It was assembled or damaged under your responsibility

• Original packaging is missing (where it affects resale value)

• Seals or similar protections were broken

Complaints

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including a 2-year right to complain.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time" after discovering a fault. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible and within 2 months.

Include a detailed description of the issue.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. If not, you are responsible for all transport costs.

If we cannot resolve the issue, you may file a complaint with the EU Commission's portal:

Personal Data

To shop at www.manis-h you must provide the following:

• Address

• Email address

• Phone number

We only collect and share personal data necessary for delivering your order.

Personal data is registered with Manis-h 2013 A/S and stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year for accounting purposes, after which it is deleted.

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties, except during a business sale or restructuring, in which case it will be done in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We cooperate with selected data processors who may store or handle data on our behalf. These partners may only process your data as instructed by us, and they comply with applicable data protection rules within the EU or offer adequate data protection.
