About the product
Arn – the mid-height bed with hidden storage and big potential
Arn is more than just a bed – it’s a thoughtfully designed solution for the children’s room, where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand. Perfect for smaller spaces where every square metre counts – yet where you still want to create a beautiful, safe haven for your child.
The bed comes with two spacious dressers that can either be integrated under the bed or placed freely in the room. They offer plenty of storage for toys, books, and all the little things that tend to create clutter. You’ll also find an open shelf in the bed’s headboard and a clever little shelf behind the ladder – giving you maximum storage without compromising on a light and playful design.
Please note: The dressers come with coloured fronts only, and the shelf has a coloured back panel.
Arn is part of the flexible Manis‑h bed system, which means it can easily be adapted as your child grows: from mid-height bed to bunk bed, single bed, or something entirely unique. Want to add a little fun and imagination to everyday life? Arn can be combined with a slide – just like in our popular Vilde combination.
Dreaming of a more magical look? Arn can also be transformed into a house bed with a solid beech frame – perfect for creating a cosy little universe with soft textiles and play at the centre.
At Manis‑h, you can choose from a wide range of colours, allowing you to create a design that fits perfectly with your child and your home. Use our bed configurator and play your way to the solution that makes everyday life a little more beautiful – and a lot more practical.
Arn – a bed that grows with your child and creates room for play, storage, and peace in everyday life.

Safety & Requirements
Safety without compromise – your child’s sleep is not where to cut corners
All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Cot beds: EN 716 (European standard for safety in cot beds).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces, etc. according to the applicable European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.
Important for you:
- Pay attention to mattress height in relation to the bed rail/side – we mark it clearly so your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with harmless, water-based lacquer.
- All distances and openings comply with the rules to prevent strangulation and entrapment hazards.
- The bed is tested for everyday use – including bedtime stories with mum or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.
Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the applicable test certificates.
If in doubt, always choose the documented safe solution.
Children cannot check standards themselves – it is our and your responsibility.
