Cave for children's bed

This fixed bed den is a well-designed and functional Scandinavian solution, created to transform the space under the bed into a calm and inviting retreat. A natural place for play, quiet time and small secret hiding places.

The den is mounted directly onto the bed and can be adapted as needed. You choose where it is placed and how many sides to add. On a 200 cm bed, for example, three sides can be fitted for a more enclosed solution, or fewer if a more open look is desired.

The bed den not only creates a cosy setting for play, but also makes it possible to gather toys and small items under the bed, helping to maintain calm and overview in the room.

Safety without compromise – your child’s sleep is not the place to cut corners

All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Cots: EN 716 (European standard for safety in cots).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces, etc. according to the applicable European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.

Important for you:

- Pay attention to mattress height in relation to the bed rail/side – we mark it clearly so your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with harmless, water-based lacquer.
- All distances and openings comply with regulations to avoid the risk of strangulation and entrapment.
- The bed is tested for everyday use – including bedtime stories with mum or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.

Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you copies of the applicable test certificates.

If in doubt, always choose the documented safe solution.

Children cannot check standards themselves – it is our and your responsibility.
