About the product
Vilde is a mid-high children's bed in Scandinavian design, created for both play and restful sleep. The slide makes it fun to start the day, while the calm look and well-thought-out construction provide a safe setting for the child's everyday life.
The bed comes with an angled ladder that makes it easy and safe to climb up. Under the bed, there is space for play, storage or a cosy nook where the imagination can run free.
Vilde is available in several lengths and can be extended with features such as a climbing wall, including as in our Borr bed combination. As part of Manis-h’s flexible building system, the bed can later be converted into a bunk bed, single bed or other solutions, always with the same calm design and well-thought-out functionality.
The bed is available in a selection of beautiful colours, which can be freely mixed and matched to suit the child's personality and the style of the home.
Design your Vilde bed in our configurator and create a flexible solution that fits naturally into the children's room, now and for many years to come.

Safety & Requirements
Safety without compromise – your child’s sleep is not where to cut corners
All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Cot beds: EN 716 (European standard for safety in cot beds).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces, etc. according to the applicable European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.
Important for you:
- Pay attention to mattress height in relation to the bed rail/side – we mark it clearly so your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with harmless, water-based lacquer.
- All distances and openings comply with the rules to prevent strangulation and entrapment hazards.
- The bed is tested for everyday use – including bedtime stories with mum or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.
Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the applicable test certificates.
If in doubt, always choose the documented safe solution.
Children cannot check standards themselves – it is our and your responsibility.
