Om produktet
Odin is a safe, simple and timeless children's bed that stands directly on the floor – perfect for the youngest children and for parents who want a calm and manageable start in the children's room. With its Scandinavian design and low height, Odin creates a secure base for sleep, play and everyday life.
The bed close to the floor allows the child to climb in and out of bed independently, strengthening independence and providing a natural transition from a cot to a junior bed. At the same time, the low height provides extra reassurance, as the risk of falling is minimal.
Odin is made in an extra sturdy quality that ensures high stability and long durability. The bed stands firmly on the floor without the need for wall mounting and is, of course, tested and approved according to applicable safety standards.
As part of Manis-h’s flexible modular system, Odin can be adapted as the child grows. The bed can later be built up in height or converted into another bed solution, so it meets the child's needs for several years. A sustainable and long-term solution for the children's room.
With Odin, you get a functional children's bed at floor level that combines reassurance, quality and timeless design – created to give the child calm and freedom in everyday life.
Design your own Odin children's bed in our configurator and create a simple and flexible solution that perfectly suits your child's age and needs – now and in the future.

Safety & requirements
Safety without compromise – your child’s sleep is not where to cut corners
All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Cots: EN 716 (European safety standard for cots).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces etc. in accordance with applicable European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.
Important for you:
- Pay attention to mattress height in relation to the bed guard rail/side – we mark it clearly, so your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with harmless, water-based lacquer.
- All distances and openings comply with regulations to avoid the risk of strangulation and entrapment.
- The bed is tested for everyday use – including bedtime stories with mum or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.
Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the applicable test certificates.
If in doubt, always choose the documented safe solution.
Children cannot check standards themselves – it is our and your responsibility.
