About the product
Vale is a family-friendly bunk bed in Scandinavian design, created for togetherness, calm and flexibility in everyday life. With a secure children's bed on top and a spacious double bed underneath, Vale creates space for both child and parents in one harmonious bed solution.
The upper bed measures 90 cm and provides the child with a safe and sheltered sleeping space, while the lower bed of 140 cm offers plenty of space for parents or overnight guests. An ideal solution for the holiday home, guest room or smaller children's room, where space needs to be used thoughtfully.
Vale is part of Manis-h’s flexible building system and can be adapted as the family's needs change. The bed can be separated and converted into two separate beds without the need for new modules – a long-term solution that follows the family over time.
The bed can be expanded with functional options such as spacious junior-sized drawers or a pull-out bed. Vale is available in a selection of beautiful colours and can be combined with details such as beech legs for a warm, Nordic look.
"Vale" creates calm, togetherness and flexibility – whether you are at home or away.

Safety & Requirements
Safety without compromise – your child’s sleep is not where to cut corners
All our beds are tested and approved according to European requirements by the Danish Technological Institute:
- Cot beds: EN 716 (European standard for safety in cot beds).
- High and bunk beds: EN 747 (openings, distances, stability, etc.).
- Changing tables: Tested for stability, surfaces, etc. according to the applicable European safety standard EN 12221
- Textiles & mattresses: OEKO-TEX® – tested for harmful chemicals.
Important for you:
- Pay attention to mattress height in relation to the bed rail/side – we mark it clearly so your child always sleeps safely.
- The surface is painted with harmless, water-based lacquer.
- All distances and openings comply with the rules to prevent strangulation and entrapment hazards.
- The bed is tested for everyday use – including bedtime stories with mum or dad.
- Always read the instructions carefully and retighten screws/bolts regularly.
Do you need documentation? Write to us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the applicable test certificates.
If in doubt, always choose the documented safe solution.
Children cannot check standards themselves – it is our and your responsibility.
