Create a safe and calm sleeping area with a low floor bed inspired by the Montessori philosophy. The bed is designed at child height, allowing the child to get in and out of bed at their own pace. This supports the child's independence, motor development, and sense of freedom in everyday life.

The low Montessori bed provides a secure and cozy sleeping environment where the child can develop naturally and safely.

This model is equipped with an elegant slatted bed guard, which provides both safety and a light, Nordic expression in the children's room. The bed guard creates a secure frame around the junior when it's time to transition from a baby bed to a children's bed. The slatted bed guard is supplied as standard in white, but can also be chosen in one of our beautiful colors.

The bed can also be chosen:

- without a front safety rail
- with a solid safety rail for extra security
- with a simple and flexible bed guard, which can be placed as needed on the front

The bed guard can, of course, be removed later, so the bed becomes a beautiful open children's bed.

The bed is developed as a flexible solution that can follow the child for many years. As the child grows older, the bed can easily be rebuilt by replacing the legs, so the floor bed can later be used as:

- a mid-sleeper bed
- a bunk bed
- a classic single bed / children's bed

In addition, when the bed is raised, it can be supplemented with:

- practical storage drawers under the bed
- a trundle bed for guests or extra sleeping space for sleepovers

This makes the bed a long-term solution that grows with the child – from the first years and well into childhood.

Please note, this is the Huxie system – and this model cannot be used as a bottom bunk for your bunk bed. For this bed, however, you can purchase extra legs, so it becomes part of the Huxie system and can later be converted and extended into a higher bed, a regular children's bed, a mid-sleeper bed, and a bunk bed.

With its simple and functional Danish design, the bed fits beautifully into children's rooms, teenage rooms, and guest rooms alike – and it can easily be combined with a mattress of your choice.
